Use of existing railway system to install (above-ground) brine disposal pipeline. Docking facility and salt water disposal wells are to be constructed in non-wetland areas. As a result, there will be no impacts to emergent wetlands.

The project was designed to utilize existing corridors and previously-disturbed areas to avoid impacts to emergent wetlands.
d. How are unavoidable impacts to vegetated wetlands to be mitigated?
