Our On-line system provides our customers the flexibility to submit and/or manage IT requests anytime, 24/7.
 
In addition to applying on-line, you can do the following after becoming a registered user: 
 
  1. Track the progress of submitted items with new tracking tools. Oracle Jinitiator is required in order to view the diagram. Click the link and follow the instructions provided.
  2. Review the history of current and past submitted items.
  3. Take advantage of the enhanced features (i.e., validations, lookups and calculations) while entering your information.
